Fun Musical Concert

Music has the power to uplift our moods, motivate us and help us express our feelings. Studies also say that listening to certain rhythms and beats evoke happy memories, distract us from pain and reduce stress.

This is the main reason why we always organise music therapy and events for our participants. On the 16th of March, our Day Program participants enjoyed a day full of musical activities. As early as 9am, they started rehearsing to prepare for their mini-concert.

Some of them sang their favourite songs, while others played musical instruments like the guitar, ukulele and tambourine. They also danced together to their favourite tunes.

Activities like this are loved by our participants because it helps them improve their collaboration skills, encourages them to share their musical voices and develop new friendships. It was indeed a fun day, and we can’t wait to do this again soon!
